Review: Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher

My Review

Umm.

I’m  literally at a loss for words.. For coherent thoughts.. I really think this book caused me to lose a little piece of my sanity.  I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I was REAAAAALLLY nervous about this book. I mean, the cover-the synopsis- and combining two of my fav authors, it would go one of two ways..

A-MAZING

OR

A-HOT-MESS

Praise the lord above, it is AMAZING. (Why would I doubt that- I know.)  I can’t even categorize this story..Dystopian? Romance? Thriller? Mystery? Comedy? It’s a little bit everything squished into a weird, psychological mind-you-know-what that you can not drag yourself back out of.

The combination of Tarryn and Colleen is nothing like I expected. I thought I would know who wrote what and I could break it down as I read. I was wrong. I definitely could feel Tarryn’s angst mixed in with Colleen’s eloquent wording but let’s be honest- they both can WRITE A BOOK.

At first, I was unsure how to rate this book.. I mean, how do you rate a book you couldn’t even understand. Then I realized- that is what made Never Never A-MAZING. The authors leave you stranded there with no way back out. Your brain is left reeling and wanting and THAT is the beauty of reading. They took me to another world, another life, introduced me to a boy (OMG I LOVE HIM), and a girl- then tortured me in the best possible way.

ALREADY A TOP READ FOR MY YEAR! THANKS LADIES FOR BEING SO AWESOME ;D

FIVE GOLD STARS FROM ME!
