A STARLET REVIEW: BAKING & BABIES BY TARA SIVEC

Synopsis:

"I’m pregnant."

Molly Gilmore had a good life before she uttered those two stupid words. While preparing to graduate from culinary school and building up the courage to make a move on her hot, sugar-cookie-smelling pastry instructor Marco, she can't wait to finally have the GREAT life she’s always dreamed about, instead of just the good one she’s been living.

Always known as the quiet ninja, she fully intends to stay hidden in the shadows with her nut-job family, so they have no chance to embarrass her around the man she's crushed on for two years. Unfortunately, her family has other plans. When they yank her straight out of her comfort zone, she finds herself starring in the craziest train wreck she's ever witnessed.

Molly ultimately gets a more exciting life that doesn't revolve around school, but she's pretty sure the man of her dreams won't be sticking around long after her family gets ahold of him. There aren't too many guys who can handle smelling like pee, having the whole world know how he masturbates, and being forced to eat an entire bag of dicks.

Join the Chocolate Lovers and Chocoholics gang for one final story about love, baked goods, making poor life choices, and remembering how important family is—even if they drive you insane.

Mostly because it's illegal to kill them.

My Review

I am SO incredibly sad this to see this series come to an end. I feel like these characters are my family and letting them go is breaking my heart. This has been one of my very favorite series I’ve read. But all good things must come to an end.. Because… TOM BRADY!

We really don’t know a whole lot about Molly.. She’s the quiet, reserved little baby sister and in past books- we just never saw into her mind.. But no fears people- She’s just as crazy as the rest of the family.. In fact- her and Marco’s story is my FAV of the kids. While I loved Gavin and Charlotte (I mean- Drew giving advice made my life,) and MLP is probably the weirdest thing I’ve ever read (hysterically weird,) Molly and Marco had something special.. Maybe it was that we now know everyone so well.. Maybe it was that Tara posted her muses and HELLO MARCO. Or maybe it is the fact that it was the end but I absolutely LOVED this book.

Molly has a secret..

Marco has a secret..

But they both want each other.. But those secrets could destroy any chance they have.

Marco offers to help Molly…. Leaving out his own secret of course.

Bless Marco’s heart- he has to deal with Molly’s entire family and it’s not pretty.. But it’s entertaining and that’s all that matters.

Love, a wedding, Babies, baking, Tom Brady, meat sweats, meerkats, sexy cookbooks, and SO much more- this book literally has it all. If you’ve kept up with this series- DO NOT MISS THIS ONE.

If you’ve not read this series.. Just quit life right now because your name is Tom Brady.

FIVE STARS for Baking Babies.. I’ll miss you my friends.
