A TRUE STORY told through the voice of New York Times Bestselling author E.K. Blair.

She’s an author.
She’s a mother.
She’s a wife.
She’s a fraud.

A woman marked and bound by her own deceit, this is the astounding tale of how one choice knocked her world from its axis forcing her to battle through a year of scandal and betrayal, blurring the lines between reality and fantasy.

This is an nonintoxicating risque stand-alone true story tangled in lust, heartbreak, and contrition.

My Review

I really didn’t know if I wanted to read this book because of it being based on a true story. True stories tend to stick with me as this book has stuck with me since.

Now, I have never read anything by E.K.Blair before but what I do know is that I am a slow reader and I read this book in 2 days. The whole book just bothered me, and I don’t know if that is to say that is bad or good but what I do know, is I wont forget this book. It just makes me stop and think that in life, a choice, can be so life altering.

I urge you to read. Read with an open mind. Remember it is based on a true story. Someones Story. Someone’s life. Don’t be judgmental. It her story to tell. It is anonymous for a reason.
The reason why it is, is not our business as readers to know.

I don’t want to put too much in my review because I know a lot of people are reading and I went into this book blind and I feel that is how this book should be read. Life is life. At first I was not happy with this book. Then the more I thought about it, the more I started viewing differently. Because everyone has a story. Whether its true or not.
