A STARLET REVIEW: ALL THE RAGE BY T.M. FRAZIER

Synopsis:

They call me Rage.

My real name is like a shadow, always close behind, but never quite able to catch up.

I fly under the radar because no one ever suspects I’m capable of the kind of brutal violence I commit each and every day.

You see, I’m a girl. I’m nineteen.

And I'm a killer.

This life is all I know. It s all I want to know. It keeps the s**t buried that I need kept buried. It allows me to live without thinking too much.

Without dwelling on the past.

Until him.

It all changes when an ordinary boy becomes my next target.

And my first love.

I have to choose.

The only life I ve ever known has to die, or he does.

Either way, I ll be the one pulling the trigger...

Prologue from All The Rage

It was once said that if you love someone enough you should let them go.  If they come back to you, they were always meant to be yours.

It’s kind of bullshit.

My story was a little different than most.  I was a little different than most.

Because in my story, if you love someone enough, you should first drop the gun.

My Review

oh Oh OH. MY. GOSH!! I loved this book….seriously LOVED it! But first I have to address the cover, because, FOR ME?!? I just didn’t like it, and that’s ok, she can’t possibly please us all…. I wanted say this in case your a COVER JUNKIE, like ME (I know, I know) … and sometimes you pass over because you don’t like it for some reason or another…. let me just say this about All The Rage by TM Frazier…. Please DO NOT PASS IT …. ONE-CLICK!  ONE-CLICK NOW!!! Ok, so back to the book… I was a bit nervous… yeah the cover for one.. and 2nd, I really didn’t ‘get’ Rages’ character in Lawless when she was hired by King and Bear to stay with Thia… so my expectations were kinda in limbo, I had read everything by TM Frazier so far, and have not been disappointed! And it’s dual POV’s another favorite of mine!

The beginning starts out with Rage as a very young girl… so you get history. Seeing into her past for a bit helped me connect with her almost immediately …. well not connect as in I too like to KILL PEOPLE, because Rage does, but I understood her character more, and I was able to connect with her as the story line evolved……As a child she knew she was different, her parents knew… doctors knew.  But no one could help her, not even boy next door her only friend, and confidant for many years….. She left it all behind at 16, when she met Smoke, a like minded guy who took her under his wing. Smoke introduced her to a whole new world, a world that she could relate to, full of fights and blood, killing and pain!   Rage is so very far from the glimpse of the girl we met in Lawless. She is stunningly beautiful… and she is actually hilarious… I found myself laughing out loud sooo many times. The book made me GIDDY! I know that seems ridiculous to say about a shoot em’ up kind of book, because that’s what this book is! Itsfull of it! …. Rage is a ruthless killer, hired by many to do their ‘dirty work’ … And she does it gladly, because its her ‘RELEASE’, its how she copes …. UNTIL…..

NOLAN…. Swoon on in here and drool with me over hottie Nolan!! Nolan is back home at his grandparents house after suffering an injury which took him out of his favorite sport, hockey! Gone is his scholarship, Gone is his chance at NFL and GONE is his attitude! He is pissed off… sitting in the house with the dog… nursing his wound. Having no idea that he is being watched …. Rage is pissed she is having to sit in the tree watching a house with no movement, she’s board… when there finally is movement, and Rage and Nolan come face to face?? Hold on to your panties, EEEEEKKKK!!!! .. because there is RAGE, from them both. I love these two together… they are funny, their chemistry is off the charts. The book is full of angst. (my fav) RAGE is your classic TM Frazier book… but its also so so so much more. It was a bit more swoony than her others, like I said earlier… I was GIDDY… I was so stinking happy in a killing, bloody, book! But I couldn’t help it, Rage and Nolan are sooo HOT together. Nolan is funny and charming but yet he is alpha male. He was not putting up with her shit! He’s like, Colleen Hoover’s WILL and Maldeline Sheehan’s DEUCE collided, and out came a PERFECT NOLAN!!!  I am not going into THEIR story… you HAVE TO read it.. I promise you will LOVE IT!

“I dropped the phone. There was Rage. Wrapped in nothing but a fucking towel. Water drops fell from her hair and down the slim slop of her neck. Her hair was wet like it had been the first time I saw her, except now it was down around her shoulders, so long it skimmed her trim waist. And just like the first time I saw her, she was still fucking angry. Instantly, my cock was hard. I shifted to adjust, but there was no hiding it under my thin shorts. I didn’t fucking care. There was something primal this girl awakened in me that had me wanting to pull her by her hair and drag her around. I’d completely forgotten about the phone, about her parents, about fucking breathing. All my thoughts were on her, the curve of her tits peaking out from the top of the towel and the blood rushing to my throbbing hard on. Even with the pissed off look on her face, I couldn’t help but imagine what it would be like to get her under me. What sounds she would make when she came. I bet I could angry fuck that scowl right off her beautiful face” NOLAN~
